WSAPPX Causing High CPU Load

Hello, I have a Windows 10 PC and it runs well, however when I check to shengrongdq.Com see Task Manager I notice that there is around 90 to 100% usage of my Disk all the time. However, there are cases where you'll see that this process is actually using high disk, CPU or memory. So, if you are noticing WSAPPX disk usage taking 100% disk usage, it could be due to an app installing in the background.
