The Staredit Network (SEN) exists to provide a community for StarCraft and StarCraft 2 mappers, modders, and players. Our community provides an opportunity for both new members and veterans alike to learn, share their work, and develop their skills in StarCraft/StarCraft 2 and related activities. Quality contributions and creativity are valued at SEN and its community. SEN may seem strict and at one time elitist, but members earn their respect and it is definitely given where it is deserved.

As mentioned in the introduction, SEN does host some StarCraft II-related activities. Here are a few of them.
Map Nights
Map Nights are perfect for map-makers that want to quickly test their map with a lot of people (How can you even imagine getting 12 people in your test map with the current popularity system? You're quite lucky Map Nights are there.), but are also a great place to hang out when you have nothing to do on your Saturdays night and want to discover some new or hidden jewel maps.
Since Blizzard still hasn't provided us Channels, the "Channel URL" given below is temporary and will only serve at the start of the Map Nights. Once a Map Night has started, we'll use the "Chat" feature from within Battle.net 2.0, which lets us invite as many friends as we want to participate to the Chat. So, basically, it's exactly as if we had a real Channel!
Any further informations about Map Nights will be detailed in the following threads:
Contests
StarCraft II contests are hosted every month with a different theme each time.
Community Projects
There are currently two Community Projects (maps) under production:
