I thought the "Completed" section was going to be used so people that are done with an article can submit it for evaluation by an admin, which would then decide if it's incomplete and move it to the "incomplete" wiki or if it is done and would thus remove it from the list.
I don't really see any relevancy into keeping a list of the "wiki requests that were done!". :/

I don't know what gave you that idea.

It just makes sense to me... What is the need to keep track of the requested wikis that were completed more than the wikis non-requested that were completed?

That sentence makes no sense to me, but okay.

Why did you put it back? It's a useless section.

I think we did not understand ourselves: my point was that you did not need to put the 2 articles that you had written in there since you are the admin and can thus already determine if they are worth being categorized as "completed" or if they should simply be moved to the "incomplete wikis" section. The list in this current article should just act as a "Hey, I've done this requested tutorial and I think it's ready. Could any admin determine if the article itself is considered as completed or incomplete?".

Please verify

To any admin, could the two wikis being shown as Completed be verified? -- Payne 12:55, 27 November 2010 (PST)
