Oil and gas services provider PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk plans to issue bonds worth S$500 million (about $370 million) with a five-year tenure, for refinancing debt and for working capital, Kontan reported.

The bond will be listed on the Singapore exchange. The company will seek shareholders' approval in an extraordinary meeting on March 6, the report said, citing a company statement.
