"Lobby Delay: This lets you set the timer for your lobby delay. Keep in mind that ultimately 3 seconds are added to this number for the final countdown."

As far as I know, it doesn't add 3 seconds. Can anyone confirm?

Unless they removed it, it used to add 3 seconds so that no matter what there would be at least a 3-second countdown. I'll look into it later.

Blizz said they'd remove it for patch 1.1.3 I believe. There's something about it on SEA bnet forums. --Jack 12:07, 28 November 2010 (PST)
